I am a big goal setter to, and the best way to stick to them is to tell someone about them - accountability! Every year I seem to have #3, #7, and #10 on the list.
ReplyDeleteagreed! everything in my life is about accountability...and deadlines and expectations and benchmarks and following through. as it happens my field (OT) is all about goal-setting too. :)
